Air
Ion Technologies, originally called Medion, was founded
by C.A. "Coppy" Laws and Idries Shah in 1969. Laws, developer
of naval radar and pioneer of Britain's post-war automation industry,
launched air ion therapy in the UK and 'domesticated' the technology.
The company is now run by two of his sons, Keith and Julian.
